Before Priority Prism goes in, your dedicated system integrator reviews your current operation. We identify your bottlenecks, weaknesses, and strengths. Then we build you a clean, optimised workflow — and integrate Priority Prism into that system — so it fits how your business actually runs, not the other way around.
We come to your premises. In-person lectures covering the full Priority Prism system and every team member's role in it. We stay until every person who needs to use the system is comfortable and confident. Nobody goes live uncertain.
A personalised product shop built specifically around what you offer. Your products. Your manufacturer links for products you don't carry. Your estimator surcharge already loaded before a client ever browses. Clients can request physical product samples delivered via courier before committing to a product. A $20 surcharge per courier request is added automatically to the estimate.

Full admin access to your portal. Includes dedicated webinars on creating new logins per job and giving clients immediate portal access so work can begin without delay.
After your portal goes live, our team monitors it for three months. We continue training it, refining it, and making sure it performs independently. You take over a system that is already working at its best for your business.
