  • Price Guardrailing Portal
  • Business integration and setup services
  • Live webinars and educational events
  • Ongoing system support and updates

3. Founding Member Program

The Founding Member Program provides access to Priority Prism's full automation and integration system at no upfront cost. Key terms include:

  • Implementation fees (valued at up to $6,000 AUD depending on business size) are waived for founding members
  • Founding members receive full setup, configuration, testing, and rollout at no charge
  • In return, founding members agree to provide select marketing support once results are delivered — such as a testimonial, feedback, or case study participation
  • The number of founding member spots is limited at Priority Prism's discretion
  • Priority Prism reserves the right to modify or close the Founding Member Program at any time

4. Marketing Support Obligation

As a founding member, once Priority Prism has delivered proven results for your business, you agree to provide reasonable marketing support, which may include:

  • A written or recorded testimonial about your experience
  • Participation in a case study or success story
  • Constructive feedback to help improve the service

The specific form of marketing support will be mutually agreed upon. Priority Prism will not publish any materials featuring your business without your prior approval.

5. Webinars and Events

  • Live webinars are free to attend and open to all registrants
  • Webinar times are listed in AEDT (UTC+11) unless otherwise specified
  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel events with reasonable notice
  • Content shared during webinars is for informational purposes and should not be considered professional advice

6. User Responsibilities

As a user of our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our AI systems or proprietary technology
  • Not use the Services to harm, harass, or infringe on the rights of others

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, text, graphics, and other materials on the Priority Prism website and within our Services are owned by or licensed to Priority Prism and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Priority Prism provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis
  • We do not guarantee that our Services will result in any specific financial outcomes, revenue increases, or business results
  • Any estimates, projections, or examples of potential results are illustrative only and not guarantees
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim

9. Disclaimer

The revenue figures and performance metrics mentioned on our website (such as "$300K to $475K" or "80% time back") are based on internal estimates and real-world experience. Individual results will vary depending on your business, market, effort, and other factors. These figures are not guarantees of future performance.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
  • We may delete your account and associated data, subject to our data retention obligations
  • Any outstanding payment obligations will remain in effect

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
